Webmaster & Social Media Manager

Chris Bey is the Webmaster for Runway the Real Way. After he launched the website last year, Mr. Bey continues to provide administrative support to Catherine Schuller Enterprises, LLC and the show by keeping the website updated, and provides training the staff to revise the website on their own. Mr. Bey also supports the show by providing programming, graphics design, and professional writing services to support the marketing and advertising of the fashion show.

Biography and Portfolio

Chris Bey is a professional and independent consultant specializing in technology and online presence, social media, marketing, advertising, public relations and communications with more than 2 decades of experience working in the field. After working with small business clients to produce websites when the Internet was in its infancy in the 90s, Mr. Bey's work has evolved into training clients to use the newest content management software (CMS) platforms and social media platforms (such as Salesforce, Mambo, Rhythmyx, WordPress, SquareSpace, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) to manage and maintain their own websites, web-based applications, databases and client data, and social media accounts, as well as providing ongoing administrative support to clients to manage and maintain their online presence. Mr. Bey also provides graphic design, video editing, database administration, data analysis/analytics and business intelligence services.  Between 2002-2011, Mr. Bey served in the military, completed his bachelor degree (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University) and worked for the federal government as a civil servant.  Between 2011-2015, Mr. Bey earned his masters degree (Master of Arts in Government with a focus in International Development and Public Policy from Georgetown University) and lived outside of the United States working in policy research for international development and humanitarian affairs.  As such, Mr. Bey's work included in his technology portfolio has in the past 15 years has been limited to part-time consulting on the side, but technology has always served as a centerpiece of his policy work in the past 15 years, and his policy work enhanced his skills in technology and communications.
